Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments are required for everything we do (bridal, formalwear, or casual garments). For RUSH order and HEM ONLY, please text us at (312) 772-2230 for availability.
How long do alterations take?
Our usual turnaround is 10 business days, but in the more busy months it can be subject to change. Please allow for as much time as possible for special-occasion garments.
Do you do same-day alterations?
We are always happy to help out a loyal customer in a pinch! Rush orders of 1-3 day turnarounds may incur a fee of $10-$20--please text for availability.
Do you do dry-cleaning?
We are a dedicated tailor shop and do not offer in-house dry-cleaning, but are happy to make recommendations!
Do you steam garments?
We do a light steam on all garments we work on, but do not offer separate steaming service.
Do you work on traditional Indian clothing?
Yes!
